Fabricated in Our Northwest Plant   

Included with each building package are:
- All structural components
- Secondary framing members
- Roofing and siding material
- All required fasteners

All components, except for fasteners are fabricated in house at our plant.

Not included with each building package are foundation requirements, i.e. concrete, reinforcement steel and anchor bolts.

All main structural and bearing endwall frames are pre-assembled during fabrication. This ensures proper alignment in the field, for easy bolt installation.

Roof purlins, wall girts and all braces are precut and punched for speedy erection.

Roofing and siding panels are precut to required or desired lengths.

Selection of Materials

The majority of our materials are purchased directly from steel mills, in accordance with our requirements. The following are the most common specifications for the various types of materials used in fabrication.
