General Contract Terms and Policies
Kaiser Steel Buildings will gladly quote your building kit needs free of charge. All prices, unless stated otherwise, are F. O. B. our plant in Eugene, Oregon.
Upon Confirmation of Order, a 25% down payment is required to initiate fabrication.
Balance of payment is due upon notification that all steel building components have been completed and prior to their release from our plant.
